About the role:
A Business Development Representative role is the front-line channels professional responsible for identifying and generating new partnership opportunities. BDRs actively prospect for potential partners, and conduct in-depth research on target companies. They build relationships with prospective resellers, generate interest in the company’s products or services, and assess their level of interest to determine if they are qualified partnership opportunities.

What you can do for us:
- Conduct targeted outbound prospecting via calls and multi-channel campaigns to identify and engage potential partners.
- Research and understand the business challenges and pain points of target personas.
- Craft compelling and personalized campaigns to articulate how our cybersecurity solutions address the specific needs and concerns of each target persona.
- Collaborate with the sales and channels teams to develop and refine prospecting strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall GTM objectives.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through systematic and strategic outreach efforts.
- Utilize sales enablement tools to track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of prospecting campaigns.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on interactions with prospects to continuously optimize outreach strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to enhance prospecting approaches.
- Participate in regular training sessions and stay up-to-date with the company’s product offerings and updates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound business development or a similar role.
- Strong experience in outbound calling
- Fluency in verbal English (business related vocabulary)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive email messages.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools (HubSpot, Apollo.io) and experience in maintaining accurate and up-to-date prospecting records.
- Ability to adapt communication styles to resonate with various target personas, including technical and executive-level decision-makers.
- Excellent research skills to understand the specific pain points and priorities of each target persona.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
