Responsibilities:
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to develop strategies in finding candidates for our non-technical and technical roles on USA and EMEA markets
- Search and identify relevant candidates using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Create sourcing sequences, making first contact through multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, etc.), ensuring personalized and engaging outreach
- Make a pre-screening according to job requirements, redirect the most suitable candidates to the recruiters
- Post jobs on different social media resources
- Maintain database of applicants and leads for current and future openings
- Take part in recruiting processes, boosting the team’s ability to attract the best talents
Requirements:
- At least 1+ year of experience year in IT sourcing/researching or completed recruiting courses
- Practical knowledge of best sourcing techniques
- Understanding in general recruitment processes
- Intermediate level of English or higher
- Basic knowledge and general understanding of the IT area in global market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and fresh thinking
Nice to have: - Experience with US market
- Familiarity with AI-based sourcing tools and automation platforms
