Senior/ Lead Content Creator (вакансія неактивна)

We are seeking a talented Content Team Lead to join our growing team. You will be introducing new creative ideas to produce content tailored to a niche audience of security practitioners who are often allergic to marketing. Understanding of the connection between created content and business goals is a must. A good sense of humor is highly welcomed!

Responsibilities:

• Acquire a deep knowledge of the UnderDefense’s solutions and customer challenges to clearly articulate the unique selling points.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the overall business goals.
• Manage content planning process.
• Manage a team of 2-3 content writers.
• Write, edit, and produce high-quality articles, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, website pages, and other written content.
• Craft engaging social media posts, LinkedIn newsletters, and marketing memes that resonate with our audience and amplify our brand.
• Create scenarios for videos, manage the video creation process.
• Develop and refine in-app messages, tooltips, and other user-facing content to enhance user experience.
• Dive deep into industry topics to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and timeliness.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of our content strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience needs.
• Utilize best practices in SEO to maximize content visibility and engagement.
• Monitor content performance metrics and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all content platforms.

Qualifications:

• No less than 2–3 years of content writing experience, at least one year in the B2B SaaS space.
• Proven experience creating content for social media, newsletters, and in-product communications, blogs etc.
• Strong understanding of B2B audiences and the ability to tailor content to their needs.
• Proficient in SEO and keyword research.
