Work in an office in Warsaw, hybrid, 2 days a week in the office
Requirements:
1+ years of HR experience, preferably in the IT field
Upper-Intermediate English level (spoken and written)
Understanding of the HR process: On-boarding, Off-boarding, Performance Review, Adaptation, etc.
High level of emotional intelligence and empathy
Proactivity and goal-oriented mindset
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Attention to detail
Will be a plus:
Higher education in psychology, profile courses.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with management and people to improve work relationships, build high-performance culture and retention strategy
Hold 1:1s, exit interviews, and feedback sessions
Assist in the Performance Review
Drive processes targeted to build and elaborate on company’s culture, organization of corporate events and team-building activities
Conduct employee onboarding process
Assistance in developing relationships with key clients and partners
