Requirements:
1 year + experience as a financial / operations manager, preferably in the IT field
Good command of English (upper intermediate spoken and written)
Location Ukraine (remote) / Warsaw (office, flexible 2/5)
Experience with Excel
Must have experience with management reporting
Higher education in finance or economics
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and standards
Will be a plus:
Work experience as a financial manager in an IT product company
Experience with Quickbooks
Responsibilities:
Accurate data entry of all incomes and expenses into QuickBooks and Excel
Prepare data for CPA to submit tax reports to the IRS once a year
Preparing and sending monthly reports to clients and investor
Conduct company transactions and sign contracts
Count key metrics
Develop together with the development team a billing — financial module
