Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) — Hands-On Growth Leader

The Opportunity

UltiSelf is hiring a rare breed of CMO: a strategist who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and build. We’re a fast-growing, AI-driven subscription brand, and we need a data-obsessed growth leader to own the entire marketing engine — acquisition to retention.

You won’t just manage a team. You’ll architect, execute, and wield AI to scale our user base & revenue fast.

What You’ll Do

• Set and execute strategy. Own the growth roadmap — and work right alongside the team to deploy, test, and optimize.
• Scale paid acquisition. Direct and optimize high-budget performance campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google/YouTube to acquire high-value subscribers.
• Own CRO. Constantly test and refine web and app funnels to lift conversion and drive down CAC.
• Master mid-funnel and retention. Architect email and SMS lifecycle flows that turn users into loyal, long-term subscribers.
• Build with AI. Embed AI and agentic AI into every layer of marketing — creative production, media buying, analytics, and automation. Deploy AI agents to run repeatable work at scale.

Who You Are

• The app and subscription expert. Proven track record scaling mobile apps and web-to-app funnels at real scale — think $1M+/month in ad spend, not small budgets at small companies. You know LTV, churn, payback, and paywall optimization cold.
• Data-driven. You live in the numbers. You decide on ROAS, cohorts, and hard metrics — not gut feel.
• AI-forward. You deeply understand the AI landscape and actively build with it to automate, optimize, and scale. Not a buzzword to you — a tool you use daily.
• A player-coach. Elite leadership, but you thrive launching campaigns and writing winning copy alongside your team.
• Funnel-obsessed. You know how to structure a funnel that hooks a user emotionally and converts instantly.

Must-Haves

• 5+ years in performance marketing / UA, with proven leadership (CMO, Head of Marketing, or Head of Growth)
• Hands-on Meta Ads expertise, with a proven track record scaling budgets to $1M+ per month in ad spend, profitably
• Deep experience with mobile apps, subscriptions, and web-to-app funnels
• Hands-on proficiency with AI and agentic AI for marketing
• Strong command of attribution, retention, CRO, and lifecycle email/SMS
• Hours: Kyiv time, 14:00–22:00
• Languages: English B2+ (required); Ukrainian fluent (required)

Nice to Have

• Background in health, wellness, biohacking, supplements, or fitness
• Experience selling vitamins and nutra
• Built custom AI agents or automations for marketing
• CRM experience (customer.io, Keap, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
• Track record at top-tier product ecosystems / high-performing tech houses
• Multilingual (e.g., Spanish)
