We are looking for a talented and experienced Head of Marketing to join our team. The main goal of this role is to develop and successfully implement a marketing strategy for a new direction of multi-genre games united by NFT technology, in the form of finding a model for efficient and rapid business growth.

Requirements:
— Experience in performance marketing from 4 years, experience in mobile gamedev will be a big plus;
— At least 4 years of experience developing, planning, and executing marketing initiatives and communication strategies
— Experience in testing, launching new projects from soft launch to global launch, and scaling projects;
— Direct experience managing a marketing budget across multiple channels
— Strong leadership in marketing project management and development
— Familiarity with fast-shifting industry dynamics
— Experience building out a marketing/creative team
— Creative problem solver who can courageously propose and support new ideas
— Ability to adapt. An ideal candidate will welcome the opportunity to solve a broad range of problems using a wide array of technologies.
— Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities and general growth pains
— Strong work ethic and ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced work environment
— Detail oriented and organized, with superior analytical abilities
— Experience in advertising monetization;
— Coordination of marketing decisions with product teams;
— Understanding the technical work of advertising channels;
Responsibilities:
— Listen to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company
— Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives
— Develop a feasible marketing plan and oversee its day-to-day implementation
— Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.)
— Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels.
— Developing marketing plans and programs, directing promotional support;
— Recommending options and courses of action;
— Providing short and long-term market forecasts, developing and implementing marketing strategies;
— Digital Marketing (SMO, SMM, SEO);
— Generating high-quality leads for the sales team by planning, executing and doing a result-based optimization of numerous marketing campaigns online;
— Websites and landing pages management, including content and SEO;
— Maintaining marketing staff by recruiting, training, counseling, and disciplining employees;
— Building brand awareness and global brand monitoring online.
