We expect to find a person, possessing:
•4+ years of UX experience, with at least 2 years of application design, visual design, and /or interaction design experience in web or mobile applications
•Experience with enterprise applications
•Solid understanding of User
•Experience principles, Kano model, ISO 9241 and other UX design industry standards
•Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Axure, Marvel or Invision
•Familiarity with best practices in the following areas: web development, user experience design, information architecture, content strategy, web analytics
•Good knowledge of UI patterns and web/mobile platform guidelines, experience in responsive design
•Being aware of latest design trends and evolving technologies
•Hands-on working experience with statistics, cauterization, data analysis
•Initiative, confident, and able to provide reasoning of his design decisions
•Must be able to take strategic direction from senior management and participate in strategic planning activities
•Strong customer focus and a clear vision of what determines a successful solution for the customer Ability to provide mentoring and support in UX best practices Well-developed communication skills

•Experience in using task management tools like JIRA, end Confluence to store and share information

We would appreciate if you have experience in:
•Understanding possibilities and limitations of web UI technologies Knowledge of HTML and CSS Experience in web UI accessibility design
•Communication skills in English Knowledge of the financial/banking industry is preferred.

We expect your involvement into:
•Create designs for digital products working from concept to implementation (design systems, visual mockups, style guides, design recommendations, prototypes)
•Create UX designs and interactive prototypes based on requirements, understanding user’s behavior, and development constraints — for both internal use and testing needs
•Drive UX vision in alignment with product roadmap
•Clearly express he rationale behind the design to teams and clients
•Own the overall feel of the user experience for all new features and enhancements on our platform
•Conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies and interaction behavior through storyboards, mockups, prototypes, wireframes, and other UX deliverables

We expect your involvement into:
Design of the overall architecture of the online banking platform;
Optimization of UKRSIB online application for maximum speed and scalability;
Creation of new features, services, and APIs;
Continuous improvement of development and deployment.
