This vacancy is best suited for someone who:
✅ Has accounting experience with LLCs and PEs, with strong knowledge of Ukrainian tax law (experience with non-profits is a plus)
✅ Is proficient in modern accounting software (not 1C)
✅ Has advanced English skills
✅ Is detail-oriented, structured, and motivated to grow in the financial field
✅ Enjoys creating their own efficient workflows and work environments
✅ Has knowledge of or interest in Web 3.0 and blockchain technologies
Requirements:
- Experience with LLCs and private entrepreneurs.
- Knowledge of Ukrainian accounting & tax laws.
- Proficiency in modern accounting software (not 1C).
- Fluent Ukrainian, advanced English.
- Attention to detail, structured approach.
- Non-profit and blockchain experience — a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Accounting & reporting (LLCs, PEs).
- Payroll, banking, cash operations.
- Financial documentation, internal records in English.
- Expense forecasting, cash flow analysis.
- Process optimization, blockchain tasks (experience or training).
Conditions:
- Salary:
1500–2000 USD/month. - Flexible schedule, Kyiv office + partial remote.
