What we offer specifically for this position:

• build high-load product development with complex engineering solutions based on microservices and with a state-of-the-art stack (.NET 6+)

How you can specifically impact the company’s development:

• formulate, introduce and monitor the implementation of the technical strategy for all IT products of the company
• provide a high level of security for the company’s data and IT infrastructure
• ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements for data protection in international jurisdictions (GDPR)
• maintain the necessary pace and the highest possible level of development quality
• ensure the reliability of architectural solutions and promote the best actual practices and processes supported by metrics
• select technologies, carry out their financial and expert evaluation; estimate the duration and complexity of projects
• provide day-to-day management of the team, including recruiting, training and developing employees, as well as managing their performance
• develop and maintain up-to-date grading for within the area of your responsibility
• create a favorable environment for the innovation process, high productivity and quality

To achieve results, you will need:

• at least 7 years of experience in managing and coordinating technical teams of 150+ people
• in-depth understanding of SDLC processes and development methodologies.
• experience in measuring performance indicators and development quality
• experience in developing high-load products (Backend, Frontend, mobile)
• experience in implementing international standards, processes and certifications for product and data protection
• experience in multi-regional scaling of an IT product will be an advantage

How do you manage your work schedule?
• determine a convenient time for yourself, but you need to stay in touch from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off in case of illness (with retention of rewards)
