Join us as the Head of International Expansion. As a member of the management board, the Head
of International Expansion will take part in the strategy development, be responsible for the
implementation of the international business strategy, the company’s presentation to the new markets;
accomplishing the company’s mission, visions and goals through expansion of the new countries. Our
Head Office is located in Kyiv; we have representative offices in 27 cities of Ukraine and Moldova

How can you influence the company’s development?
● drive Uklon’s expansion to Europe and the CIS
● participate in the analysis of the promising regions for launching, determining the go-
to-market strategy and launching roadmap for each country
● create an expansion team: set goals and KPIs for the team, participate in the search
for the Country Manager and in the formation of a local team, work out the corporate
structure for the new countries (along with the legal and financial department of the
● scale all business processes and operations up the new markets
● build the cross-functional communication, as well as communication with the local
strategic partners (in the case of Joint Venture or a franchise), define a model of
cooperation, operational management
● ensure the growth of the company in new countries through effective interaction with
Country Manager locally
● own and manage the expansion budget for each new market, know and take into
account the financial factors in each of them
● develop and implement the playbook expansion

Half-a-year challenges:
● the analysis of current expansion-related processes has been completed
● the cross-functional communication with the company’s departments has been
● the expansion playbook has been developed and implemented
● an expansion team has been created, the goals and KPIs for the team have been set,
the corporate structure for the new countries has been worked out (along with the
legal and financial department of the group)

To achieve the results, you need:
● higher education in economics or mathematics (MBA or other additional business
education would be a plus)
● 5+ years of experience in the positions of СOO, Head of Growth, General Manager,
Country Manager or other positions related to the development of new markets
● experience in launching and developing the technology products in the new countries
(building a strategy and plan, budget management, project management) and/or
demonstrated experience in building business processes, experience in business
development/operations in fast-growing technology companies or successful start-
● experience in the Big4 or international consulting will be a plus
● analytical mindset, proactive attitude, being a team player
● fluent English

How do you manage your working hours?
● you determine convenient working hours by yourself; however, you have to be
available from 11:00 to 16:00
● you independently choose a convenient format (office/remote/mixed), ability to work
from any location in Ukraine and the world
