UKEESS Software House is currently looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer for a Full-time position (in Lviv).
About the Project:
Our project is a system that simplifies and efficiently manages processes in 200+ healthcare organizations in the USA. The cloud-based platform uses a blockchain type of mechanism that connects all entities associated with a provider with the same real-time data collection, which is automated, updated, easily accessed, and securely protected.
You will join an impressive developers, designers, and product managers team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the full SDLC within a Scrum team, collaborating with Engineers, Product, and SDETs
- Analyze product requirements and define acceptance criteria
- Perform functional, non-functional, UI, API (REST), regression, and smoke testing
- Create and maintain detailed test documentation (test cases, functionality docs)
- Identify, report, and track defects in Jira
- Take ownership of release readiness and ensure high-quality delivery
- Working with the development team to resolve open issues
- Communication with the customer’s team
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial experience in manual testing
- Strong experience with REST Web Services testing using Postman
- Proficiency in writing test cases, acceptance criteria, and bug reports
- Proficiency in writing and maintaining functionality documentation
- Experience in testing on different devices (desktop, laptop, mobile), OS (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android), and browsers (Chrome, Safari, EDGE, Firefox)
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and TestRails or similar products
- Experience in writing of simple SQL queries
- Proven track record of working in a Scrum-based environment.
- Start-up mentality and ability to adapt to fast-changing requirements/goals
- Good communication skills
- English: upper-intermediate (both speaking and writing)
