● Experienced in full-cycle recruitment process (from clarifying requirements to signing an agreement with the new employees);
● Source candidates through direct recruiting, existing database, and job platforms;
● The organization and conducting candidates’ interviews;
● Formulation and posting jobs on job sites;
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
● Intermediate or higher English level.
● Awareness of IT Ukrainian market and its trends;
● Experience with the HRIS;
● The understanding of building HR strategies;
● Experience with different tools for finding candidates.
