We are looking for a Sales Manager who will strengthen our company. Right now your team consists of two lead generation specialists and it closely cooperates with the marketing team. Your financial reward will consist of a fixed competitive salary and bonus from successful deals.

What we expect from you:

  • 2+ years of sales experience of IT services and products for European/US clients
  • Good skills in IT B2B sales
  • Experience in sales of ERP / CRM systems would be a plus
  • Active involvement in product understanding (MS Dynamics 365/PowerApps)
  • Experience with business social networks, lead generation funnels, mailings
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactivity, flexibility, care for each client
  • Good planning and self-organization skills

Your future responsibilities:

In our team, a Sales Manager is responsible for generating and managing incoming leads and converting them into successful deals. Active interaction with CEO / project managers / developers and a good understanding of MS Dynamics 365 products are important to succeed in this position.

What exactly you will be doing:

  • Tracking potential clients and conducting research to identify potential prospects
  • Generation qualified Sales Pipeline over the phone, email, and social platforms
  • Preparation of commercial offers
  • Preparation of demos and presentations for potential clients
  • Maintaining contact with potential clients, building long-term relationships
  • Active interaction with lead generators
  • Generating new ways to find clients
