— Min 2+ years of a proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in the business (preferably in B2C direct sales of IT-solutions, services, or products).
— Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire sales teams.
— Excellent communication and presentation skills.
— Ability to resolve conflict situations, client-oriented & consultative approach.
— Strong multitasking skills.
— CRM using experience.
— A proactive position with an entrepreneurial spirit.
— Professional sales training would be a strong advantage.
— Fluent written and spoken Ukrainian, Russian & English.

— Selling the product and demonstrating results.
— Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
— Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
— Continual training and development of all members of the sales team.
— Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
— Spotting market opportunities for new customers.
— Performing all kinds of sales work: phone calls, video-presentations for potential customers, conducting on-line & off-line negotiations with customers in the interests of the company.
— Reporting on sales performance against results.
