Your Mission

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner in Kyiv (hybrid or on-site) to act as the growth engine for our Ukrainian team. You will handle a high volume of open roles, balancing speed with quality, and finding the most efficient ways to attract top talent in a competitive market. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, switches contexts easily, and knows how to close roles effectively.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive High-Volume Hiring: Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously (Engineering, Production, Ops, Admin) without compromising candidate experience.
  • Scale the UA Team: Focus on the rapid yet sustainable growth of our Kyiv hub, acting as an ambassador of STARK Defence in the local market.
  • Deep Tech & Product Immersion: You understand the product deeply enough to have genuine conversations with engineers. You don’t sell a “job,” you sell the mission and the technical challenge.
  • Smart Sourcing: Don’t just rely on LinkedIn. Identify the most optimal and cost-effective channels to find talent (networking, referrals, communities, etc.). You know how to leverage network over tools.
  • Prioritize & Execute: Rapidly switch context between different hiring needs and prioritize tasks to keep the pipeline moving.
  • Partner & Challenge: Act as a true advisor. Don’t just take orders — help managers refine requirements based on market reality and business goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a product company or MilTech.
  • Technical Fluency: You don’t need to code, but you must possess high technical curiosity. You understand the difference between specific technologies and can engage in meaningful conversations with engineers.
  • Product Mindset: You focus on outcomes, not just outputs. You care about Quality of Hire and Business Impact, not just “closing the ticket.”
  • Capacity for Volume: Proven ability to manage 10+ vacancies simultaneously while keeping pipelines organized.
  • Agility: You can switch contexts instantly—negotiating with a top-tier expert in the morning and closing an admin role in the afternoon.
  • Relationship Builder: You know that recruitment is a long game. You nurture relationships with candidates even if they aren’t ready to join today.
  • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with modern ATS and Google Workspace, AI tools; Confluence/Jira is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent negotiation skills and Upper-Intermediate+ English (for internal communication with EU teams).
