About the role
We’re looking for a Project Manager who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and predictability into fast-moving teams. You’ll be involved in several projects at the same time, helping teams stay aligned, organised, and consistent in delivery.
The core focus of this role is building processes — setting up clear workflows, improving communication, and creating a smooth, transparent rhythm of work across teams.
This role is a great fit for someone who sees where chaos comes from and knows how to fix it without overcomplicating things.
What You’ll Do
- Work across multiple projects and support day-to-day delivery.
- Analyse current workflows and build effective processes: planning, prioritisation, status tracking, reviews, and syncs.
- Set up clear work cycles — from task definition to acceptance.
- Implement tools and practices that keep teams organised (Jira, Confluence, tracking dashboards).
- Improve communication between engineering, testing, production, and leadership.
- Identify blockers early and resolve them before they escalate.
- Keep project plans up to date: timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
- Standardise documentation and support consistent information flows.
- Drive continuous improvement: simplify, optimise, and remove friction wherever possible.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Project or Delivery Management.
- Strong process mindset: you know how to build structure without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Experience running several projects in parallel.
- Understanding of how technical or R&D teams work (hardware/software experience is a plus).
- Ability to organise information clearly and make it easy for teams to follow.
- Solid planning, prioritisation, and communication skills.
- English and Ukrainian — confident working proficiency.
- Proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
Nice to Have
- Experience in hardware, robotics, aerospace, defence, or other complex engineering environments.
- Experience setting up Jira/Confluence and project workflows from scratch.
- Background in PMO or building processes in growing teams.
