Requirements:
- Experience working on commercial game development projects.
- Practical expertise in applying animation principles.
- Strong understanding of anatomy and color theory.
- Proficiency in Spine.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and experience with AI-based tools.
- Experience in creating visual effects, post-processing, and performance optimization.
- Fast learner with self-motivation, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Versatility in working across various styles, from cartoon and casual art to full realism.
Responsibilities:
- Create 2D assets for various game projects (iGaming, casual, edutainment projects).
- Correct and enhance artwork as needed.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines.
- Provide asset support to animators.
- Offer guidance and constructive feedback to junior artists.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with 3D tools and workflows.
- Experience integrating artificial intelligence in creative processes.
