— Practical and theoretical knowledge of project management/risks
management/change management;
— Strong understanding of and applied experience with Agile development
— Experience of building/optimizing production processes;
— Experience of working with international clients and communication (e-
mail/calls) with them;
— Experience in team recruitment and mentoring;
— Experience of running several projects/teams in parallel;
— Ability to manage, motivate and work with a team under pressure;
— Analytical skills, ability to multitasking, attentiveness to details and high
level of self-organisation;
— Proactive life attitude and excellent communication skills;
