— Upper-intermediate level of English is a must;
— 1+ years of experience in the same position;
— Practical and theoretical knowledge of project management/risks
management/change management;
— Strong understanding of and applied experience with Agile development
principles;
— Experience in building/optimizing production processes;
— Experience in working with international clients and communication (e-
mail/calls) with them;
— Experience in team recruitment and mentoring;
— Experience in running several projects/teams in parallel;
— Ability to manage, motivate and work with a team under pressure;
— Analytical skills, ability to multitask, attentiveness to details, and high
level of self-organization;

— Experience in the game industry with gambling projects — is a BIG plus;

Обов’язки

— Lead agile development process within given project teams;
— Work on constant process improvement together with the teams;
— Build project plan and agree project milestones with stakeholders;
— Work together with Technical and Art Leads to get all need resources and ensure
high quality of the products;
— Keep clear and effective communication internally and externally;
— Build and develop winning teams:
— Run the daily activities in the teams;
— Link Development/company strategy to teams;
— Nurturing team and individual growth (develop, retain, do succession
planning);
— People management (1-1, risk management, employee development)
— Take part in recruiting and staffing;
