2+ years of experience in HR (experience in IT is a must/game industry is a plus);
Knowledge and practical experience in recruitment;
Experience in building and improving HR related processes;
Ability to manage HR documentation and other administrative tasks;
Experience in handling interviews and screening of candidates;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
Attention to detail and eye for accuracy;
Ability to communicate with all levels from staff to management;
Ability to make decisions and act within responsibility level;
Upper-Intermediate or advanced level of English is a must;
Strong PC skills;
High education in related field is a plus;

1) Provide strategic, tactic and operational HR support to managers and employees;
2) Become a part of company management team that will identify company strategic goals and
development plans;
3) Improve HR related process (such as evaluation system, risk assessment, onboarding program,
motivation);
4) Support and drive company culture as an enabler for successful growth;
5) Supervise work of recruiters and actively participate in full-cycle recruitment on per need basis
including:
— Advertisement/Building company brand on the market
— Screening of candidates
— Interviews
— Testing, when applicable
— Employment (contractor) agreements
— Negotiating agreements with recruiting firms
6) Maintain and improve process, templates etc for yearly review, development plans, company
surveys;
7) Know labour legislative matters;
8) Maintain recruitment & HR related documentation;
9) Assist team members in professional development through external/internal conferences;
10) Be a role model to all team members;
