1+ year of experience in the head of department of similar position;
3+ years of experience in the position of Art Director or Lead Artist;
Previous experience in Game Development is a must;
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop;
Art of composition and drawing techniques;
Foundation of illustrating and graphical design;
Good skills in drawing, illustration and graphical design and animation;
Experience in leading the creative process of the graphical design of the games and creation of visual
styles for the games, leading project from start to release;
Good understanding of game development processes;
Experience in creation and validation of estimations and communication with clients
Ability and experience to supervise work of art department (30+ people)
Experience in hiring and evaluating people is a must;
Interest and experience in growing team members professionally;
Proactive approach, readiness for challenges and desire for development in new directions are the must;
Upper Intemediate level of English;

Knowledge of 3D Max/May and Spine is a plus;
Experience in organizing educational programs for the team is a plus;

Defining strategy for development of art department based on the business needs;
Improve and supervise implementation of art production processes and best practices;
Drive growth of the expertise in the Art Directors team;
Participation in resource planning and assignment of people for projects based on their level;
Facilitate knowledge sharing among teams;
Assist Art Leads on per need basis in supervision of the projects from artistic points of view;
Evaluation and mentoring of Art Directors team;
Support in evaluation of graphics department team members and creation of team members development
plans;
Full Involvement in recruitment process;
Validation of estimations provided to the clients;
Participate in pre-sales calls with the clients defining requirements4
Supervise one/two projects as Art Lead in case of a need;
