Responsibilities
- Full-cycle IT recruitment — from understanding the role to making an offer.
- Hiring specialists across various areas (engineering, analytics, product).
- Experience and confidence in closing complex or niche roles.
- Conducting interviews, assessing both hard and soft skills, and ensuring cultural fit.
- Maintaining recruitment analytics and continuously improving the hiring process.
- Supporting the company’s HR brand and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and product development processes.
- Proficiency in modern sourcing and evaluation techniques.
- High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building skills.
- Solid analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of project management practices.
- At least an Upper-intermediate level of English
