AI Agents Training Specialist

We’re looking for an AI Engineer to bring intelligence to our products — building, tuning, and deploying smart document solutions.

Responsibilities

AI Model Training & Tuning

• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate AI models leveraging Azure Document Intelligence and related Azure AI services.
• Build and optimize custom models for document classification, OCR, key-value pair extraction, and entity recognition.

Data Preparation & Curation

• Collect, preprocess, and annotate training datasets to ensure accuracy and scalability.
• Implement data quality checks and pipelines for continuous improvement of AI training datasets.

Agent Development & Deployment

• Develop, test, and refine AI agents that interact with document intelligence models.
• Integrate AI agents into enterprise workflows, ensuring alignment with business processes.

Performance Monitoring & Iteration

• Establish benchmarks, run experiments, and track performance metrics (precision, recall, F1, latency).
• Iterate on models and agents to improve accuracy, robustness, and efficiency.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with product manager, and business stakeholders to align solutions with requirements.
• Maintain documentation on training workflows, model architectures, and deployment processes.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML model training, fine-tuning, or applied AI projects.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, particularly Azure Document Intelligence.
• Strong programming skills in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks).
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, and OCR techniques.

Preferred

• Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud-native environments (Azure ML, Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
• Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and agent frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
• Background in building enterprise-scale document automation workflows.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
