Salesforce Administrator with BA experience (EU only) (вакансія неактивна)


We’re looking for an exceptional Salesforce Admin to play a critical role in scaling our sales operations to help the organization effectively and efficiently serve our quickly-growing customer base.

Continuously improve, enhance, and architect TurnkeyLender’s Salesforce platform:
• Work with stakeholders to understand existing challenges, determine solutions using best practices, and implement changes to improve functionality
• Implement Flows to automate actions, tasks, and complex business processes, ensuring that best practices are implemented in Flow creation and architecture
• Integrate third party tools more effectively to better streamline the sales process
• Perform audits of Salesforce platform and apps to determine areas of clean up, repurposing, and removal, and identify additional opportunities for improvement by staying updated on new tools and capabilities
• Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and Support, to institute solutions that serve all teams and external systems, including assessing and building cross-functional system integrations
Manage Data Dashboards, Data Accuracy, and Campaigns
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards within Salesforce and Tableau to track sales operations and performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recurring reporting to stakeholders
• Monitor adherence to the sales process as viewed in Salesforce and ensure accuracy
• Utilize Data Loader/DataLoader.io and Excel to conduct data clean ups, data uploads, and expediting of sales processes.
Onboard, Train, and Support Users
• Provide users with training and Salesforce day-to-day education through onboarding and trainings.
• Train marketing and sales team to utilize marketing, sales, reporting tools and systems to increase marketing and sales productivity and performance, including additional marketing and sales tools.
• Develop and maintain training documentation, resources and videos
• Manage users, profiles, roles and permission sets
• Manage territories
• Manage Internal user ticketing system, and serve as the main point of contact for users to reach out to with Salesforce questions, concerns or requests

Education, certifications and training:
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or computer sciences preferred
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder a plus
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst a plus
• 3+ years of Salesforce Lightning configuration in a proven experience
• 1+ years working as a Salesforce Business Analyst a plus
• 3+ years working for a technology company in any of the above roles
• At least 2 years working for an international technology company

• Track record of developing solutions within a complex matrix organization and the ability to document business/system requirements and processes
• Experience working with external consultants and developers
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce flows and the platform as a whole (apps, chat, outlook, dialers and web-conferences)
• Deep knowledge and configuration experience with Pardot, Tableau, Sales Engage, Salesforce Campaigns, Wave/Einstein
• Deep understanding of SaaS Sales and all marketing and selling roles in a SaaS environment and ability to translate any core focus areas into the appropriate marketing or sales workflow.
• Solid written and verbal communications skills; able to create, discuss and explain technical documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, secondary research
• Ability and readiness to work with remote co-workers and in a fast-pace environment
• Strong attention to detail, and superior organizational skills
• Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet periodically changing deadlines.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from planning through execution

• Fluent in English (written and oral)
