We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our Recruitment team and manage the first stage of our recruiting process.
In the Talent sourcer role, you are expected to evaluate and screen potential candidates to fill vacant positions in the company. A key element if this position is the ability to attract highly-competitive and best-fit candidates for the job. Success in this role will be determined by providing an increased number of qualified candidates and retention rates.
We are looking to hire a skilled Talent Sourcer to assist with the sourcing and hiring of candidates for specialized technical positions. In this role, you will source and interact with potential candidates online, develop talent pipelines, conduct initial candidate screenings, and set up interviews.
What you’ll do:
~ Communicates with Head of Recruitment for the available positions and their requirements
~ Interacting with potential candidates on professional networks and social media.
~ Identifying and screening potential candidates.
~ Organizing and conducting online interviews.
~ Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires.
~ Managing the company’s candidate database.
~ 0,5 years of proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
~ Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
~ Familiarity with social media marketing and digital networking.
~ Excellent communication skills.
~ Good time management skills.
~ Good negotiation skills.
