Anchor is a service that connects global companies, which are looking to open new product development hubs, with product or engineering leaders (affectionally call anchors), who can scale a team.

All successfully hubs are built around strong leaders, who not only have the technical chops, but the intrapersonal skills needed to effectively recruit and manage growing team. Finding such leaders is a challenge for software companies. Just as it’s challenging for capable leaders to find the companies which are seeking to build out R&D centers or hubs.
