Requirements:
— Experience working as HR and Recruiter at least 2 years;
— Experience in candidate selection and interviewing;
— Experience in direct search and headhunting;
— Good understanding of IT industry;
— Strong experience in HR functional areas (HR competencies, HR strategy, recruitment, etc.)
— Advanced level of English.
Responsibilities:
— Conduct the full-cycle recruitment;
— Optimize recruiting processes and practices;
— Implement company HR processes (Adaptation, Evaluation, Career Development, Assessment etc.);
— Create and implement HR strategy and HR plan in the company;
— Coordinate team building sessions and company corporate events;
— Identify employees needs and issues, and help to solve them.
