Responsibilities:
Daily responsibilities: Maintain proper records of employee leaves; Assist HR Manager in policy formulation and hiring administration; Follow internal HR policies and procedures (daily short reports, weekly/monthly email reports);
Onboarding/Releasing responsibilities: Update employee onboarding presentations; Take care of new hire paperwork and logistics — setting up designated workstations, first day presents; Schedule and coordinate onboarding assignments; Up-to-date employee records, including personal information, service contracts, and benefits documentation;
HR events and presents: Organize gifts for employees (birthday, anniversary, women’s/men`s day, others); Organize happy hours upon request; Organize online/offline events (in Ukraine and abroad) together with HR Manager, coordinate the event;
Substitute the HR manager if needed (once she/he is on vacation).
Requirements:
— At least 1 year of working experience in the related field (Administrator, office manager, account manager);
— Good English speaking and writing skills (upper-intermediate and higher) are a must;
— Good MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge;
— Strong analytical and communicative skills;
— Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
— Organized, multitasking, responsible, willingness to learn;
— Being a proactive, positive-minded team player;
— High skills in business communication and business correspondence.
Will be an advantage:
— Experience as an HR Specialist in the IT sphere
