Trueplay is a Loyalty Booster Suite that enables iGaming brands to build lasting customer relationships based on trust and mutual benefit. It features three programs that ensure player interactions with gambling platforms are exciting right from the start.

We offer solutions on three epic levels:

  • Acquisition and engagement — CopyStake introduces users to an iGaming website, allowing them to bet alongside their favorite streamers.
  • Retention — the Play to Earn and Hold to Earn loyalty programs keep player engagement high by guaranteeing rakeback and distributing a share of the platform’s revenue.
  • Brand equity — the tokenization of loyalty points helps transform users’ affinity for a brand into a personal interest in its financial success. In Trueplay’s take on Web3 loyalty, players feel like casino stakeholders.

More than 20 iGaming brands from 18 markets are fostering player loyalty with Trueplay.


Here are the details of the Partnership Manager role for our new mobile product — a platform that helps digital products retain and engage users with loyalty programs, gamified missions, and token rewards.

It is important for us:

  • 1 year of B2B SaaS sales experience (startup or growth-stage preferred)
  • Experience with both inbound sales and outbound prospecting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Comfort with video demos and a consultative sales approach
  • Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Experience selling to product or marketing teams is a plus
  • Understanding of the Web3 space and token-based ecosystems is a strong plus

You will be responsible for:

Inbound Sales

  • Engage with inbound leads via chat, email, and video calls
  • Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and tailor product demos
  • Follow up promptly and guide leads through the decision-making process
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead-to-demo conversion

Outbound Sales

  • Research and identify new potential clients across our ICP segments (e.g. digital products, mobile apps, startups)
  • Build prospect lists and run cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, etc.)
  • Book discovery calls and track lead status in CRM
  • Test outbound messaging and channels to improve reply and booking rates

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Maintain and update lead records and sales activities
  • Forecast revenue and report key sales metrics
  • Share market feedback with the product and marketing team
