We offer solutions on three epic levels:

  • Acquisition and engagement — CopyStake introduces users to an iGaming website, allowing them to bet alongside their favorite streamers.
  • Retention — the Play to Earn and Hold to Earn loyalty programs keep player engagement high by guaranteeing rakeback and distributing a share of the platform’s revenue.
  • Brand equity — the tokenization of loyalty points helps transform users’ affinity for a brand into a personal interest in its financial success. In Trueplay’s take on Web3 loyalty, players feel like casino stakeholders.

More than 20 iGaming brands from 18 markets are fostering player loyalty with Trueplay.

We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring strong client relationships.

The Trueplay CCO would be focused on building strong client relationships, increasing sales and revenue, guiding commercial strategies, and ensuring compliance while leading and developing a high-performing team. Their role is crucial in achieving growth and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.

It is important for us that you have:

Education and Experience:

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus)
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in senior commercial or sales roles, preferably within the gambling, gaming, or tech industries
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and managing commercial teams

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the gambling industry, including market trends, regulations, and key competitors
  • Sales and Negotiation: Strong sales skills and the ability to negotiate contracts and partnerships
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective commercial strategies that align with company goals
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build relationships with clients and represent the company

Technical and Regulatory Skills:

You will be responsible for:

Developing and Executing Commercial Strategies:

  • Designing and implementing a commercial strategy aligned with the company’s goals, focusing on growth and market expansion
  • Identifying new opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and revenue generation

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Overseeing the sales team, setting goals, strategies, and targets to drive revenue growth
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term sales success

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Analyzing market trends and customer needs to adapt strategies and stay competitive
  • Assessing the competitive landscape and adjusting offerings or commercial strategies accordingly

Client Relationship Management:

  • Fostering strong relationships with clients to maximize satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities
  • Overseeing the account team, setting goals, strategies, and targets to drive revenue growth
  • Ensuring a client-focused approach throughout the company, leading to superior customer experiences.

Product Development Coordination:

  • Collaborating with product, technology, and marketing teams to tailor products and services to market needs
  • Transmitting feedback from clients and the market to improve products and services

Budget Management and P&L Oversight:

  • Developing and managing budgets for commercial initiatives and ensuring profitability targets are met
  • Overseeing and reporting on revenue streams and expenses related to sales and client relationships

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Building and leading high-performing commercial and sales teams
  • Mentoring and training team members to achieve business goals

Regulatory and Compliance Support:

  • Ensuring that commercial operations align with industry regulations and compliance requirements, especially given the gambling industry’s complex regulatory landscape

Strategic Partnerships and Alliances:

  • Identifying and establishing strategic alliances and partnerships to strengthen the company’s market position
  • Negotiating contracts and terms that are favorable to the company’s objectives

Brand Development and Positioning:

  • Working with the marketing team to enhance the brand’s reputation in the B2B gambling market
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote business interests

Data-driven Decision-making:

  • Using data and metrics to track performance, assess market needs, and optimize strategies for improved outcomes
