It is important for us that you have:
- 2+ years of experience in HR or a similar role in an IT company
- A strong understanding of HR processes and employee engagement strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in utilizing various HR instruments
- Experience working with Slack, Jira, and Confluence
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for creating a positive and supportive work environment
- Are willing to go on business trips
- An advanced level of English
- An advanced level of Ukrainian
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the onboarding process: welcome letter, newcomers’ and managers’ checklists, preparing the welcome pack, holding 1:1 onboarding meetings (both online and on-site), and preparing meeting reports
- Administration of HRIS systems
- Interaction with team members from overseas
- Managing all processes connected with a team member’s probation period
- Working on increasing team members’ loyalty and involvement, and therefore retention (during the adaptation period)
- Hot fixing practices and supporting team members with all issues that arise.
- Coordinating and conducting a 360-degree assessment and Performance Review — managing the process in Lattice, organizing meetings, and supporting colleagues
- Partnering with and coaching our leaders in team member relations, recruitment, growth and development, well-being, change management, and other areas of HR
- Conducting surveys, helping with organizing focus groups and HR studies with subsequent analysis, and providing recommendations
- Support in building a positive work environment culture
- Benchmark reviews and market research
- At the Company’s request, conducting training and team-building events for team members
- Developing the benefit package
- Development, implementation, and updating of company policies and procedures
- Participating in the automation of HR processes
- Working with the Lattice platform
- Managing the offboarding process: check-up meetings, exit questionnaire, exit interview
