We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Chief Marketing Officer with a solid background in helping companies to grow and experience with B2B SaaS systems

Responsibilities:

  • Define the product marketing strategy and messaging by gaining a solid understanding of our customers’ needs, the market dynamics and by working closely with the Product, Engineering, Sales teams;
  • Ensure that the company’s products and services are effectively positioned, differentiated, and marketed to target audiences and that the sales team is enabled to successfully identify and deliver the right solution to customers at the right time;
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand image supported by thought leadership and compelling executive communications strategies across PR efforts, analyst relations, community marketing, events and partner marketing;
  • Develop B2B acquisition funnel to attract clients with expected quality and speed;
  • Launch of advertising campaigns in social media, specialized resources;
  • Craft a clear vision of key indicators of success. Develop and monitor KPIs to measure creative initiatives across; the business. Create a culture of test-and-learn to drive strong ROI that is understood and championed by other business leaders;
  • Drive execution and operational excellence. Translate strategic priorities into operational reality; aligning communication, accountabilities, resource capabilities, internal processes, and ongoing measurement systems to ensure that strategic priorities yield measurable and sustainable results.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 5+ years in B2B SaaS companies;
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and project management skills, including the ability to translate strategies into achievable steps, assimilate information quickly, and accurately represent a position to a variety of audiences;
  • The ability to oversee day-to-day details while maintaining a big-picture organizational view;
  • Excellent management skills;
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian language is an advantage
