Senior Social Media Manager (вакансія неактивна)

Our expanding company is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate our owned social media channels.

KEY EXPECTATIONS:

• Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
• Analyzing the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offering quarterly reports to the management, outlining any necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan
• Developing and overseeing competitions and campaigns to draw attention to a brand
• Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments, and social media posts
• Liaising with other departments and creatives to create a holistic and effective online marketing strategy

• Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives

CANDIDATE COMPETENCIES:

• 2+ years of experience in SMM preferably experiences in the IT sector (tech, fintech, gaming, e-commerce fields etc.)
• Experience developing social media strategies
• Proficient in social media marketing research and statistical analysis
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
• Proven ability to build social media communities
• Minimum B2 English language level, fluent Ukrainian
• A strong attention to details
• Self-motivated yet customer-focused
• Ability to measure the success of campaigns
