Operator iGaming platform with slots and betting. We are growing and looking for a self-motivated engineering leader with a passion in hart to build great software.

Responsibilities
Grow and manage a cross-functional team of 10+ engineers (FE+BE+DevOps+QA)
Run SCRUM activities: planning, grooming, sprint review, retro
System design, code review
Work closely with the product managers to align on a roadmap
Contribute to tech initiatives planning
Keep a high-quality of bar of shipped functionality
Release management, SRE activities, risk management
Continuously improve processes
Hands-on position ~5-10% of the time when it’s required
Identify and resolve locker

Requirements
Java, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform
7+ years of total experience
5+ years of experience in stack relevant to the job description
2+ years of tech/team lead experience
Experience managing 5+ people
Product-oriented mindset
Team-success focus attitude to work
