The role involves building an effective copywriting business process

The main goals would be implementation of the content plan within the deadlines and the set performance criteria
The prevalence of positive feedback from the audience of published materials (in the context of criteria that depend on the specialist: text accessibility, readability, literacy, absence of errors, etc.)

Our candidate has experience in:

• management and recruitment of specialists in the media buying department
• attracting new contractors and negotiating with them (price, volumes, priority spots on platforms)
• searching and negotiating with endorsers
• Ttraffic buying (FTD)

Responsibilities:

• Building a team from scratch
• English B2+ or C1 (any other foreign language is welcome)
• Proficiency in statistics and analytics: can collect and analyze figures quickly and correctly
• Mastery of Google Analytics
• Understanding/knowledge of what A/B tests are and how to run them
• Experience in working with Influencers and webmasters
• Experience working with pads sites to bypass restrictions and improve conversions
• Existence of an established base of sources/partners/bloggers in the niche of gamble and crypto
