Senior Marketing manager (Crypto) (вакансія неактивна)

Duties and responsibilities:

— Conduct competitors research, analyze markets and identify key trends to help our team form a new value proposition;
— Collaborate with Product Management to ensure customer needs are reflected in the way the product roadmap is prioritized, packaged, priced, and communicated;
— Validate hypotheses through customer insights, data analysis, and testing to find new growth opportunities;
— Conduct marketing plan to achieve KPI in terms of user acquisition, CR, LTV etc;
— Manage influencer managers and agencies to drive acquisitions;
— Control SMM/PR/Retention activities based on the strategic plan;
— Creating and managing crypto community in Telegram, Discord etc;
— Launch NFTs, list token on CEX.

Requirements:

— 3 years + of experience working in a product company in the position of marketing manager;
— Proven cases on the crypto market (token/crypto sales/NFT etc);
— Understanding and experience with digital marketing channels and tools (data analysis, email marketing, influence marketing etc);
— Experience working with the crypto market ;
— Understanding of such metrics as LTV, LT, CR, etc;
— Analytical ability to provide a summary of metrics, campaign results, etc;
— Upper-intermediate level of English.
