About the product:
Solution consists of multiple components supported by microservices architecture to monitor traffic between game providers and operators to apply set of business rules.
At high level those are Widget, Proxy, Admin Panel, Processing and Reporting engine. It’s highly technical product with focus on scalability, reliability, data partitioning.

Responsibilities:
— Grow and manage cross-functional team of 8 engineers(FE+BE+DEVOPS+QA), we expect to double team in the future
— System design, code review
— Run SCRUM activities: planning, grooming, sprint review, retro
— Work closely with product manager to align on a roadmap
— Contribute to tech initiatives planning
— Keep high quality bar of team work for the shipped product
— Release management, SRE activities, risk management
— Continuously improve processes
— For now it is ~20% hands-on position, in the future with the team growth focus to team(-s) management
— Identify and resolve blockers
Requirements:
— 5+ years of experience in stack relevant to the job description
— 1+ years of tech lead experience
— Product-oriented mindset
— Team success focus attitude to work
