  • Oversee and guide payment integrations at a product level, ensuring quality, consistency, and business impact;
  • Act as a thought leader in payments, identifying risks, opportunities, and improvements proactively;
  • Mentor or support other product managers / team members.

👤Our criteria:

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in payments, fintech, or iGaming;
  • Proven experience owning complex payment or fintech products end-to-end;

  • Ability to create clear, structured product documentation and requirements;
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, tech, payments, business);
  • Strong stakeholder management and ownership mindset;
  • English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.

🧠 Your strengths:

  • Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution;
  • Ability to simplify complex payment systems into intuitive and scalable user experiences;
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities before they impact business performance;
  • Bring ownership, structure, and clarity into product processes;
  • Focus on impact, metrics, and long-term value creation.

💼 Our Offer:

  • Flexible work setup — work remotely or from the office, we focus on results, not location;
