We are looking for the Head of Media Buying to join our team. This position entangles negotiating and buying ads. To thrive in this role, you’ll need a blend of creativity, analytical skill, results-oriented & problem-solving attitude, as well as experience in managing a team.
— We will expect you to have at least 4 years of experience in the iGaming field working as a Media Buyer;
— You’ll need proven experience in managing a team;
— Your English level has to be upper-intermediate or higher, both written and verbal (a second language will be seen as an asset);
— You’ll need to have an analytical mindset and be able to interpret overall social performance and paid campaign performance;
— We expect you to have experience in marketing and be passionate about advertisement;
— You enjoy both teaching and learning about paid search
— You have a strong understanding of Digital Media Math and media planning principles;
— Understanding how proactively and effectively optimize media buys utilizing KPIs will bring you a great deal of success. Ensure that campaign KPIs and objectives are met both near and long term;
— Understanding of the cryptocurrency markets and trends going to be a huge plus.
— You will be responsible for the campaign execution, media negotiation, placement, and stewardship;
— We’ll expect you show grate knowledge in one of the verticals Gambling, Finance, Betting, Crypto or you worked with all of them;
— You’ll have to know how to work with Tier1, LATAM, Asia regions;
— You’ll have to be an expert in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Data Studio, media network, etc.
— We’ll expect you to be well versed with CPA, CPM, CTR, CR, CPC, LTV;
— We will expect you to develop and execute multi-channel media campaigns, emphasizing brand-building and revenue-generating objectives;
— You’ll work closely with different departments within our company to ensure flawless execution;
— We will need you to manage budgeting and forecasting, campaign optimization, and reporting;
— Sourcing new networks and traffic sources will be part of your tasks
— We’ll need your expertise in landing page consulting and testing;
— Navigation of the negotiations direct ad buys will be an essential part of this position;
— Testing and new markets and creating strategies to conquer them, that what we want as well;
— We will need you to identify, research, evaluate media market trends, new markets, and competitive activity to capitalize on untapped opportunities such as niche sites;
— You’ll have the freedom to experiment with new platforms and channels. Stay up to date on current events & suggests campaign updates in response to major news.
