Skills

• Able to create short videos from idea to final video

• Video editing with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Capcut or a similar program

• Creation of graphics and images with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or a similar program

• Good understanding of social media platforms and trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)

• Able to research trends independently and adapt them to the brands

• Experience with content planning and checking performance to improve results.

• Well organized and able to manage several tasks and channels at the same time

• AI video creation experience is a plus

• Motion design skills are a plus

• Fluent English

• Confident and not afraid to jump in front of the camera when needed (mostly shots of hands without face and without dialogue)

Expertise

• Good knowledge of trends on international channels like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.

• Able to work with own ideas and ideas from others, alone or in a team

• Experience and confidence in front of the camera are a plus

Main tasks

• Research and understand social media trends and audience interests

• Plan and create social media content on your own, from idea to story and script

• Create social media content with emphasis on video but also texts, photos and images/graphics

• Check the content performance

Secondary tasks

• Share your learnings and insights to help shape content and brand direction

• Create content based on trends, education and sales-support

• Test and use new AI tools and workflows

• Take care of our online community by replying to messages, comments and engaging with followers

Work equipment

• Company provides a mobile phone with a good camera, a laptop, basic shooting equipment (ring light, etc.)

• Video editing software

• Access to AI tools provided by company

Cooperation and interfaces

• Work with motion designers and videographers to produce special content

• Work with other teams (brand, graphic, social media, etc.) to share creative ideas and discuss next steps

• Evaluation of your performance on all our social media channels, see what works and what can be improved

• Take responsibility for managing your work

• Optimizing content strategy based on results

• Execution of content in line with business goals
