At least 2 month of sourcing experience in IT (preferred);
Intermediate level of English or higher;
Ability to switch dynamically between tasks and positions, to prioritize them and meet deadlines;
Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Search for candidates in Linkedin, GitHub, Stackoverflow, DOU, etc;
Maintain/update our internal ATS;
Set up HR interview, providing Recruiter with initial info about candidate;
Collaborate with Recruiter to ensure relevant search strategy.
