UX/UI Designer (вакансія неактивна)

— 2+ years’ experience as UI/UX designer
— Strong experience in working with B2C websites is essential
— Knowledge of Usability & UCD principles & techniques
— Knowledge of CRO principles
— Upper Intermediate level of written English
— Has a design portfolio and can present it prior to the interview.
— Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, inVision, Axure, Balsamiq, Sketch, and/or other prototyping and sketching tools
— Experience in gathering product and feature requirements, crafting wireframes and look-and-feel suggestions

— Strong presentation skills is an advantage
— Experience / Understanding of HTML, HTML5, CSS, Javascript or jQuery is a plus
— Experience of having worked through multiple product build and release cycles (requirements > design > development > release > analysis) is an advantage

Market salary which depends on the experience and skills of the candidate. The duration of the trial period is 3 months;
Comfortable office in the center of Kiev within a 5-minute walk from the Pecherska metro station;
Full-time, flexible 8-hour schedule.

— Discovering the requirements for the Products (including B2C websites and admin panels) via personas and scenarios based on UCD concept
— Translating Business and User requirements into highly engaging and compelling design concepts in various sketching tools
— Creating style, developing guidelines & UI kits
— Engaging with stakeholders to get further feedback, delivering new ideations and iterations on sketches
— Creating navigation flows, experience maps and other relevant artifacts to better specify the information architecture of the Product you are designing
— Fast prototyping, allowing to further test all the hypotheses with stakeholders
— Communicating design strategy and rationale to team and key stakeholders
— Handling multiple projects and work quickly without sacrificing quality
— Working with developers and audience target groups
— Constantly working on improving the usability of the Products from the Users’ perspective
— Visualizing data, creating infographics and illustrations
