Chief Business Development Officer (Affiliate Marketing)

We seek an ambitious and energetic Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) to help us expand our product worldwide. You will be at the front of the company and dedicated to creating and applying an effective sales strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, an understanding of affiliate marketing in FinTech, and a passion for delivering an exceptional CPA network PDL-Profit.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the network globally,
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners in the affiliate marketing field.
  • Negotiate and finalise high-value agreements to meet the company’s growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase the company’s market presence and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent the company and forge professional connections.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development within the CPA networks/Partnership Programs.
  • Proven ability to expand networking worldwide and develop strategic business relations.
  • Skilled in conducting comprehensive market research to identify potential partners and understand competitive dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and identify opportunities.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • Willingness to propose and implement unconventional collaboration schemes.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to market and business changes.
  • Focus on achieving results and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and inspire others.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business meetings and industry events;
  • English level — B2 as a minimum.
