Our team is growing rapidly, so we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter.
Main positions to search candidates for: Digital (SEO Specialist, PPC Specialist, Affiliate Manager), Technical (PHP developer, QA Engineer, Front-End developer), Back office. The level of candidates is ranging from Junior to Senior.
Our team: HRD, 2 Recruiters, Employer Brand Manager.
What you’ll do:
— Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute a company recruitment strategy including sourcing channels, social media, recruitment marketing, employment branding, and candidate experience;
— Own the full-life cycle recruiting for a range of positions/functions including, but are not limited to the areas of software development, marketing and executive level hiring;
— Analytics and Metrics: Track statistics, analyze improve the process based on the results;
— Sourcing strategy: Producing the most efficient and appropriate recruiting channels and methods.
To be a good fit for the position, you should have:
— 2+ years of professional experience in recruitment of IT/Digital sphere specialists in international companies or recruitment agencies. If you worked in other spheres, you need to have a good understanding of IT/ Digital labor market;
— Experience to select and interview candidates. We use Competency-based interview techniques in our work and we think that soft skills play a huge role in recruitment;
— Experience in direct search and headhunting;
— Ability to develop new and innovative talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced work environment;
— Exposure to working with analytics and deep understanding of HR-metrics;
— Upper-intermediate level of English, both written and verbal.
