We are looking for a System Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist end users in engaging with the help desk;
- Support the help desk in providing L2 support when local support is required;
- Provide L2 support for end-user computing issues;
- Troubleshoot and provide local support for end users;
- Maintain internal user guides, guidance notes and technical documents;
- Planning and purchasing users equipments;
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a System Administrator;
- Strong knowledge Hyper-V;
- Strong knowledge Windows 2016 and Windows 10;
- Strong knowledge Active directory DNS, DHCP, GPO;
- File Sharing, WDS, WSUS;
- Microsoft Office 365;
- Desired knowledge of networking, including wifi, routers, switches, VPN, NAT, Access List;
- Knowledge of server equipment;
- Experience with network equipment Cisco;
- Intermediate English;
- Technical documentation management;
Will be plus:
- UNIX systems administration experience;
- Web Service (IIS, Nginx);
- Git, Stash;
- MS SQL;
- Jira and Confluence;
- Teamcity and VSTS;
- Knowledge of PowerShell and Command line;
- Understanding of modern Backup solutions;
