Responsibilities:
— Provide full scope of HR services (Onboarding, Retention & Career development, Offboarding) to colleagues on an ongoing basis;
— Support the research, design, and development of HR talent growth initiatives;
— Develop and drive implementation of key T&D / L&D strategies, motivation programs, individual development plans, team training/ coaching, retention approaches, etc.;
— Hold engagement surveys and performance appraisal process for the teams, recommend compensation review;
— Manage and assist in customizing HR procedures and policies, and ensure they are followed by colleagues;
— Provide quick responses to complaints and issues from line managers and/ or members of the teams providing immediate advice and fixes;
— Respond to team organizational changes, colleagues’ needs, and complaints;
— Support colleagues who cooperate remotely from other countries;
— Equip managers with appropriate tools and knowledge to help them to implement the best people management, performance, and career management, etc.;
— Build trusted relations with teams and understand all aspects of the business needs with a focus on people as a priority.
Requirements:
— 3+ years in People /Business Partner’s role, or a solid background in T&D / L&D (Training / Learning and Development) consulting or recruitment;
— Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
— Mature analytical and problem-solving abilities;
— A proactive approach to work is a must and your ability to build strong relationships will be invaluable;
— Ability to handle multitasking efficiently;
— Highly competent in Microsoft packages and Google Drive products;
— The confidence to make sound decisions in a vibrant and fast-paced environment;
— Upper-Intermediate level of English;
— Maturity, empathy, structural thinking and courage.
