We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team!
You’ll be working at international projects for a company provider of audit, consulting, and financial advisory from the USA.
Our teams consist of: Technical Delivery Manager, Business Systems Analyst, Application Architect, Developers (dedicated FE and BE), QA Engineers and Designers (up to 10 people per team).
-From 4 years of business analysis experience in the IT field;
-Ability to work with large volumes of raw information in order to create documentation for development;
-Understanding of different SDLC methodologies;
-Solid technical background;
-Hands-on experience with SQL and ETL processes, and API tools;
-Attention to detail and desire to create an order in documentation;
-Knowledge of the theory in the field of business and systems analysis;
-Understanding of work specifics with customers of the American market;
-English — from Upper Intermediate level;
-Ability to speak the same language with customers, developers and designers;
-Knowledge of methodologies including Agile/SCRUM, SAFe;
-Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills;
-Motivation for self-development and constant learning in the field of business analysis;
-Experience with Big Data and Data Warehouses projects is a plus.
-Close cooperation with the development and design team;
-Managing requirements during all phases of the project;
-Managing requirements documentation and the product backlog;
-Validation of mockups with the design team;
-Participation in project coordination: estimation, planning and execution control of the project;
-Daily Scrum meetings participation;
-Preparation and conduction of Demo meetings.
