We are looking for a responsible and motivated HelpDesk Engineer to join our team.
— Prioritization of work tasks;
— Computer hardware knowledge (troubleshooting, block replacement of defective elements);
— Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 (installation, configuration and troubleshooting);
— Basic knowledge of MacOS (software installation, configuration and troubleshooting);
— Confident orientation in the Apple products line;
— Basic knowledge of OSI/ISO model;
— Basic knowledge of DNS, DHCP, RDP, WDS, AD;
— Stress tolerance;
— Good communications skill;
— English — Pre-Intermediate;
— Ability to read technical documentation in English.
Will be a plus:
— Basic knowledge of Windows Server (Hyper-V, Radius, LDAP & etc.);
— Basic knowledge of Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu & etc.).
— Planning purchases of new users equipment;
— Reception of new equipment and inventory management;
— New workplace preparation (Mac and Windows);
— End user support (environment configuration and troubleshooting);
— Work with office equipment such as printers etc. (setting up, connecting users);
— Troubleshooting network issues.
— Paid training programs, language courses;
— Medical insurance, gym, lawyer support, etc.
