We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team!
You’ll be working at the international projects for a company-provider of an audit, consulting and financial advisory from the USA.
The product we develop: Product/Solution — globally-hosted, cloud-based, and data-driven, next-generation audit platform. It is a highly transformative audit platform that will enable enhanced audit quality, visibility, and transparency. It is a truly digital solution that enables collaboration, data sharing and analysis, greater access to information and knowledge, and integration with a suite of innovative audit tools.
Our team consists of: Technical Delivery Manager, Business Systems Analyst, Application Architect, Developers, QA Engineers and Designers (up to 25 people).
Requirements:
— Ability to process raw information in order to create documentation for DEV/QA teams;
— Understanding of Agile principles;
— Knowledge of SCRUM and BABOK techniques;
— Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills;
— Excellent English;
— Good understanding of OOP background, required to communicate with DEV/QA/DBA and other engineers;
Role and responsibilities:
— Gather requirements from diverse Stakeholder teams;
— Cooperate with development, quality assurance, database administrators, design team, etc;
— Support and, if necessary, replace Product Owners;
— Create, validate and track various documentation (User stories, bugs, flowcharts, diagrams, use cases, etc)
— Prepare and conduct Demo meetings;
— Participate in project coordination: estimation, planning and other related activities;
— Validate applicable documents with corresponding teams, etc. mockups with design and FE team, diagrams, PBIs and flows with BE team, etc;
— Communicate with Engagement Team of the Customer for the purpose to formulate or specify the existing requirements;
— Support and create the necessary project documentation useful for developers’ teams;
— Participate in and/or lead daily SCRUM meetings;
— Control requirements on each step of development;
Nice to have:
— Experience in Finance domain;
— Development and/or QA experience;
— BABOK (CCBA, CBAP, ECBA), SCRUM and related certificates;
— PO experience;
